Fitness Exploration: Aerobics
Objectives:
1. The students will be able to perform
movements that enhance cardiovascular endurance.
2. The students will be able to build muscular endurance while using body
weight and dumbbells during instruction.
3. The students will be able to develop muscle tone of the biceps, triceps,
deltoids, abs, gluts, hamstrings, quads, and calves through instruction and
activity.
4. The students will be able to increase hand-eye and hand-foot coordination
through jumping rope.

1. Following along with instructor and

Evaluation:
1. Dress for class

Weight Lifting
Objectives
- The student will be able to identify the
particular lifts to be evaluated and improved
- The student will be able to complete the lifting
charts
- The student will be able to identify a compatible
partner
- The student will be able to demonstrate proper
use of equipment
Activities
- Perform 2 warm-up exercises prior to lifting for
2 minutes
- Partner lifting for four exercises
- Completion of the lifting chart
Evaluation
- Participation in class
- Completion of the chart
