1. DAILY---EACH STUDENT WILL CHOOSE A
STYLE OF LIFTING AND IDENTIFY THE STATIONS HE WILL USE FOR HIS WORKOUT. THE WORKOUTS WILL BE DONE IN TWO PARTS
CONSISTING OF DIFFERENT EXERCISES FOR AN ODD AND EVEN DAY WORKOUT.

3. EVERY CLASS---PERSONAL WT. CHARTS WILL
BE KEPT AND GRADED FOR EACH PERSON IN CLASS.
4. EVERY CLASS---EACH STUDENT WILL HAVE AN

TO COMPLETE 5 DIFFERENT LIFTS OF 3 SETS EACH CLASS. THIS WILL INCREASE TO 5 AND LATER 6 DIFFERENT
LIFTS AS THE STUDENTS BECOME FASTER AT COMPLETING EACH LIFT.
