    3. Students will demonstrate agility while performing the shuttle run.

  1. The students will be able to demonstrate ability to complete the 2 minute run and jog test.
  2. The students will be able to demonstrate ability to perform the push-ups and sit-ups test.
  3. The students will be able to apply work ethic to advance their fitness
  4. The students will be able to explain and demonstrate the ability to improve.
